JPMW Consulting was founded in 2009, to assist small and mid-size business prevail in these uncertain economic conditions.  Our staff combines a culmunation of expertise in the areas of Operations Management, Project Management, Program Management, Compliance, Technology, and Resource Management.

John Whelan is the Founder and Executive Vice President of JPMW Consulting. He is a Senior Executive with expertise in the Finance/Technology industry. Most recently he was a Senior Leader of the Quality Assurance / Process Engineering at JP Morgan Chase / WaMu Credit Card Division.  John worked for two years as Senior Compliance Manager at Capital One Auto Finance. John was promoted twelve times to positions of increasing responsibility during his eight and one-half year tenure at Citigroup Card Services Corporation holding such titles as Vice President Commercial Compliance (Collections and Fraud), Vice President Mergers and Acquisitions, and Vice President Operations.  

John earned his BBA in Finance from Texas Christian University, and is a true Horned Frogs fan. He and his family currently reside in Fort Worth, Texas.
